how it works

• First, you join our network by registering your organization and available volunteer positions. After reviewing your information, we will publish your volunteer positions in our database.

• We will then publish your positions through our different websites and networks. Our recruiters are always visiting schools, universities and exhibitions in Europe promoting our network to ensure we find the right volunteer for you.

• After we have identified a volunteer which matches your requirements and expectations, we will send you his/her application details (e.g. curriculum vitae, motivation statement etc).
  
  
• If you accept the volunteer application we will arrange a volunteer agreement between you and the volunteer. All parties agree to operate according to our easy-to-follow quality standards defined in our quality manual.

• Then we will take care of the volunteer and help them with their preparations for the volunteer service abroad.

• Finally you pick up the volunteer from your local airport.
  
  
• The volunteer pays the agreed amount directly to you after his arrival.
  
  
• After the volunteer finished his assignment, we support his fundraising activities and direct the donations to your organization.
